Diversified Receivables Management, Inc. was created in 1993 by Mr. Ronald Doster I. Mr. Doster’s focus was to provide clients with an agency of strong moral and ethical character that offers exceptional collection and account receivables management outsourcing solutions to individuals, companies and government organizations that have found themselves in a position of necessity to focus efforts on the recovery of monies owed for services rendered without a large capitol and labor expenditure to accomplish this task. Using a lifetime of collection experience that started in the early 1960’s, Mr. Doster and his staff have created an organization dedicated to providing unsurpassed collection services that boasts over fifty years of collection industry experience.

Over the past nine years the company has become an area leader for medical collections and business office outsourcing solutions to some of the most predominant medical providers in the area. With ninety percent (90%) of our client base related to the medical community, we have focused our services and collection practices to resolve many of the concerns that our clients contend with on a daily basis.

Through the efforts of a team of highly trained and skilled collection, customer service and management personal we have been able to offer a full range of collection services from the inception of a self-pay account through the final recourse involving litigation and asset seizure, when necessary. Coupled with the latest technology available, Diversified Receivables Management provides state of the art collection services through the use of manual, predictive and automated voice contact management communication systems while implementing State and Federally mandated written correspondence to enact the most cost contained and effective collection process available.

DRM is a fully licensed and bonded collection agency that provides an alternative to the growing number of agencies that are being purchased by much larger national firms. DRM maintains a fair but firm collection philosophy, turning our collectors away from some of the unethical practices used by other area firms and refocusing our collectors to a committed financial counselor type approach. This type of role allows your customer the opportunity to resolve their outstanding responsibility to you instead of finding an excuse as to why they can not pay for the services they have already received.  In addition, this is a wonderful public relations approach on behalf of our clients and allows for a higher percentage of patient retention, even in times of financial hardship.
